This sprint we’re saying congratulations to Tim Keen, longtime developer on the team who’s retiring soon. Tim brought a lot of experience with SQL and Bash scripting that we’ll sorely miss!

Our major change this time is that we’ve added the IDs of the default cost center, fund, and function to each of the driver worktags (gifts, grants, programs, and projects). Each of those endpoints has three new base attributes for these IDs. In most cases, this is the same as the ID of the worktag that’s marked as default in the relationships section of the response, but in some cases (like cost share grants) this wasn’t always present.

The rest of our work this sprint has been internally-facing. In addition to Tim’s retirement, Mike Hall will be rolling off the project and back to EI starting 6/28, and David Ward will take over his product owner duties. We’re working on a number of cleanup and documentation tasks related to that.

API Changes

• /gifts attributes now include defaultCostCenterId, defaultFunctionId, and defaultFundId
• /grants attributes now include defaultCostCenterId, defaultFunctionId, and defaultFundId
• /programs attributes now include defaultCostCenterId, defaultFunctionId, and defaultFundId
• /projects attributes now include defaultCostCenterId, defaultFunctionId, and defaultFundId
