First, a quick review of a partial outage we experienced this sprint. We discovered on April 16 that the Finance API had stale data in all endpoints and the journal endpoints were nonfunctional due to an upstream permissions issue. Normal data updates and journal functionality were restored early on April 17th. There are no lasting effects from this outage, but any queries from that time period may have received incomplete data.

In our next sprint, we’ll be performing some backend cleanup work on underused Finance API resources.
