Old FDM combos removed, experimental bulk export, replacing dummy null values, new piId filter for awards

Almost all production data is available. We’re looking into ways we can reduce the delay between data being entered in Workday and it being available in the Finance API. We fixed a few bugs and did some ETL experimentation.
