This is our first full sprint at reduced capacity due to staffing changes. Because of this, we don’t have a lot of external-facing updates to present. We made progress in getting some new data feeds connected – these will deliver data about external customers, Workday organizations, and more. We’re starting to route these reports as static files delivered to us via Amazon S3 rather than dynamically triggered by us. This will bring some efficiencies to the Workday side of things and shouldn’t affect our update cadence at all. We’re also working on recruiting a contractor to help out with the workload.
We continued to use Gitlab for planning and will be sticking with it as our permanent replacement for on-prem Jira. If anyone else is considering a similar move, we’d be happy to talk about what’s worked well for us and give suggestions on how to use it.
