We’ve just rolled out a revised access request form for Madison users. Users asking for other campus data will continue to use the Ivanti process. For Madison requestors, we’ve made the following changes:
- We’ve added an option for research administration data to the checkboxes for what you’d like access to.
- Requests that include research administration data will be reviewed by our research data steward.
- You’re now asked to include an organizational contact person. This should be someone from your business office or research administration who’s familiar with the use case you have in mind. Data stewards will contact this person for details about the intended use.
All new requests will go through this adjusted process. Users with existing access don’t need to do anything, and users from campuses other than Madison won’t be affected.
